Energy Medicine Workshop
Join us Thursday, July 22nd from 7-9 pm to see energy medicine in action! This night includes demos of Reiki and Psych-K, a raffle and goodies to take home. The workshop will show you how this form of natural healing is performed and the benefits it can provide.
Weight Loss Seminar
The Taste of Chicago was awesome and the barbeque from the fourth was out of this world. We’re all sad to see it go, but we wish it would take our spare tires and love handles along… at least until Thanksgiving. That is where Sara McIntosh, clinical hypnotherapist, comes in handy. Sara will lead a weight loss seminar onJuly 23rd from 7:00-8:30 pm to discuss self help tools to bring you closer to
your desired weight. She will discuss eating habits, cravings, nutrition, goals, your ideal self and hypnosis as well as self-hypnosis (yes—you can hypnotize yourself!). Whether you have 2 pounds or 20 pounds to lose, Sara will show you the way to your perfect you. R.S.V.P. Required
Artist’s Reception

“My process of direct printmaking on paper with fruit and ink led me to discover a basic, raw, and primary nature of creating work. Working with fruit as a material evoked questions regarding origin of cycles and phases. Utilizing fruit such as limes, grapefruits, tomatoes, apples, bananas or peaches as a material source captures the essence of the fruited body and transforms them into narratives of cellular cycles, phases, or generation. These works are a direct documentation of the lime, grapefruit, tomato, apple, banana, and peach as symbols of the cell.”
